In 2006 & 2007 we had no request for contact. In 2008 and 2009 it was easiest to have visits, our first ever such things, which went well. I kept a record from 2009 to around the time of Freddie’s death, expecting a visit would have occurred shortly after the arrival of the baby who never came home. Redundancies had happened in our LA during this time and we were not contacted. So much for welfare
