Great news for Amelie, well done that girl.

Hope you feel better soon, I've been ill on and off at least several days every week for several months now too. Driving me nuts and am not entirely sure its normal. At least I'm not pregnant as well though, that must be vile.

God yeah, that was awful for you. This is nothing like so bad, thankfully. All those dreadful bouts of tonsils mean i can carry on more or less fine even when quite ill, this isn't close to that. I'm just tired, tired of having sick kids, tired of being tired and well, to put not too fine a point on it, a racking cough when pregnant with fifth child means that there is rather a lot to try and keep control of :( I daren't leave home now and when you get to the point where being sick is preferable... well... !!!!!

That's what it was like that awful year I went from flu to bronchitis to pneumonia and then just when I thought it was safe to move, bronchitis again at Melrose, necesitating andrew Monkhouse and Bob setting up a relay evacuation from one end of country to other. I have never been so fed up with myself in my life. AND it gve me a Melrose aversion. :-) And then I got shingles. Hope you feel better soon, altho do have image of baby on bridge like the captain on Poisiden Adventure, watching the wave and with a speech bubble coming out of head saying 'shit'Well done Ams.

Really no. We've been ill in some sort of rolling road block since the end of October. I have no idea who is at the beginning, middle or end of any particular version of which cold at all and i can't even keep us at home to try and clear it - we'd have been home solidly for 2 months. This cough is just the end - i coughed myself sick last night and i can only sleep sitting up. Poor baby must feel like it is at sea in a storm.

I'm being as manfully stoical about it as possible but i am so fed up of being ill, having ill deaf children, being kept up half the night with either me or one of the children coughing or crying and all the rest of it. I feel like i'm on a plague ward where no one gets better or worse - it just goes on and on forever!!!!
