What a week! Glad to hear Fran had a much better time with her surgery this year. I used to take my godchild to surgery when she was young (SpinaBifida) and I used to look forward to seeing her reaction to the gas before they did the IV–she was hysterical in the OR prep room–she would make the funniest comments about the other people.

What a lovely note she wrote for Amelia. At least it’s not the summer heat wave they predicted–so hopefully the cast won’t get to uncomfortable.
