I would be interested to know what Paula Rothermel (may be spelt incorrectly) the researcher has to say about the review, is anyone aware if she has made any comments. I note this name often associated with home educating parents defending their corner so to speak so I would have thought now is the time if ever for her to fly the flag for home educating parents, - has that happened?

For another example of the manipulation employed by very Badman check out the statement he includes from the Church of England and the numerous statements sent in by them that are actually totally supportive of Home educators in particular this one:

"Prevention of abuse under the cover of home education seems to be the main reason for this review, and in making it so, has the effect of tarnishing the reputation of the many parents who choose to home educate their children from the best of motives."

See all the statements on the church of England website.

Badman is a fraudster!

Ah my maths isn't good, but i don't think so. I don't think this is the same as the HV who told a friend that all children must be at least average weight, i think this is that if you have a band of salaries written out, from top to bottom, then the in=come of families should be at least 60% of the average. The scale would include single people, top earners and low earners, so you'd just need the average of that and then dictate that a family should be living o at least 60% of that average.

I could be wrong though!

Johnny, good luck with that and let us know how it goes. Anything that anyone could do to help?

Glad you liked the last line - had been setting myself up with Stone Roses quotes as titles for a few weeks in the hope that we'd be able to wave goodbye to him with that - but sadly it didn't seem so good a title as a conclusion when it came to it.
