It is amazing what they can do these days. I think you also did very well--it's got to be hell to watch your child go into surgery, no matter how long you've had to prepare. We've told Fran that any surgery that is purely cosmetic, as in the tip of her nose or straightening her nose, will be completely her call. I can't justify pushing her into that for cosmetic reasons, it was hard enough guiding her to agreement for something fairly necessary. Jo,
