That touched a nerve.
While at the doctors for assorted items of interest today, my lovely doctor picked up my head, cracked it sharply to one side and after a few clicks, put it back down on my spine again.
Result? For the first time in 10 years i can lift my arm up above shoulder height, look all the way to the right, feel the inside of my left cheek and feel the end of my fingers in my left arm.
I only really realised how bad the affect of the trapped nerve no one else has fixed in 10 years must have been when i started to carry up a cup of tea in my left hand, using the hand over the rim technique. It was too hot 
That’s how much i’ve not been able to feel things, i’ve been carrying things thast were too hot and not noticed the pain!

Oh I so know that feeling, had a similar problem after a whiplash injury, went on a ride at Alton Towers and felt it click back…….wonderful.
