That touched a nerve.

While at the doctors for assorted items of interest today, my lovely doctor picked up my head, cracked it sharply to one side and after a few clicks, put it back down on my spine again.

Result? For the first time in 10 years i can lift my arm up above shoulder height, look all the way to the right, feel the inside of my left cheek and feel the end of my fingers in my left arm.

I only really realised how bad the affect of the trapped nerve no one else has fixed in 10 years must have been when i started to carry up a cup of tea in my left hand, using the hand over the rim technique. It was too hot  That’s how much i’ve not been able to feel things, i’ve been carrying things thast were too hot and not noticed the pain!

Hello left hand side of my body  Nice to have you back with me

del.icio.us this!

    FFS!

Although I can see how having a heatproof appendage might come in handy if you ever fancy joining the circus.

Until then though, congrats for finding a decent doctor.

I’m glad the nice doctor put your head back after he finished playing with it. I’m also glad you have all your body parts back :) .

Oh I so know that feeling, had a similar problem after a whiplash injury, went on a ride at Alton Towers and felt it click back…….wonderful.

I guess your fingertips get overstimulated to the point of severe pain when using the keyboard now?
