……actually you can need planning permission if your home based business generates additional traffic to your home, such as deliveries, postal vans….. I can’t imagine it would really matter but worth bearing in mind as on current rates of growth you will be turning over 10k a day next December.

House insurance is fine, we had to check before we moved here and so long as i have extra insurance, we are covered. I have £2million of public liability insurance, among other things now.

House is okay too so long as the outside isn’t altered or showing signs of containing a business.

Seeing the first of a string of accountants this weekend and just printed the VAT form.
