Oh, and i fell at a fairly early hurdle, as i couldn’t work out whether to apply for an upgrade or a name change. Was all very technical. Actually, we stared at one page for about 10 minutes looking for the “Next” button.

Omigod Merry, you’re not going to attempt to leave the country??? You fool!!!!! Assume you did it online - hopefully the version they post back to you will be fine, but it would be funny if it were very obviously filled in by someone in a “weakened” state :lol
