I get the sleep thing with my pills coinciding with my cycle, might be something to think about for you, spooky though its very similar hours to me this week, wish I’d known, I might not have been so lonely at 2am LOL!

Im with Debbie re. the pills, one lot I took kept me awake and on bazaar 48 hour shifts with a crash and burn after that time. A change might be necessary. How lovely about your picture.

RE: tiredness. Don’t know what pills you are on but if your sleeping pattern is affected it might be worth talking to your GP about an alternative AD or dosage if it goes on more than 2 weeks

Wonderful painting of the bear! I too go thru weird sleep patterns, usually I only need about 5 hours, last few weeks I have got about 8 but feel exhausted. Business sounds good, well done :0)
