Okay, so you can re-arrange your sidebar - but only if you've already got a "widget-ready" theme, so that's no good to you or me. And it's not that big a deal to move stuff around in the sidebar file anyway - essentially it's copy-and-paste. So... is there something else? Am I missing something?
