I have to say I love Charlotte Mason, but couldn't have such a timetable as is suggested in the books. We are still at the tweaking phase, but definately leaning towards child centred, Waldorf/Mason based! I love your blog, it is wonderful. Especially love reading about your children as besides my eldest of 14, I have a 5 yr old daughter and a one year old son. It amazes me how much you get done even with a toddler! In an ideal world I would like then to do a bit for me as a trade off for them having a free life but with the majority of them being teenagers it doesn't happen. So we are back to very autonomous. They love it - not sure I do tho.
